I learned everything the hard way
so you don't have to.

I started my first cleaning business in San Diego in 1990 with nothing. No mentor. No guidance. No roadmap. Just a work ethic and a willingness to keep going when things went wrong — and a lot of things went wrong.

Over 35 years I earned contracts at Starbucks (156+ locations), Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, Toys R Us, KFC, Panda Express, Wells Fargo, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Montblanc, Warby Parker, Room & Board, Benihana, and dozens of other national and regional brands throughout Southern California. I also earned military and government contracts at Camp Pendleton Marine Base, Navy Medical Center–Balboa Hospital, and MCAS Miramar — and institutional contracts including an Elementary School Whole Site Modernization Project, Grossmont College, and El Camino High School Truax Theatre.

Large-scale storage facility contracts include Campo Self Storage (806 units, 110,000 SF), Carroll Canyon (1,000 units, 145,724 SF), StoreQuest La Mesa (856 units, 110,346 SF), U-STORE-IT (80,000 SF), Encinitas U-Store (979 units, 93,812 SF), Centre City (950 units, 90,950 SF), A-1 Storage San Diego (800 units, 118,000 SF), A-1 Storage Imperial Beach (795 units, 100,000 SF), Extra Storage Lemon Grove, and Bear Valley Apatite Self Storage (Victorville). I built systems for landing jobs, pricing work, getting paid the same day, and staying in front of the contractors who keep coming back.
